At Brendax™ Global, we create every order specially for you. Because each item is made individually, we follow a clear and fair returns policy that protects both our customers and our production process.
1. Items Eligible for Replacement
We happily replace an item if:
✔ The product arrives damaged
✔ The product has a manufacturing issue
✔ The print or design is misaligned / faded / incorrect
✔ The item received is not what was ordered (wrong product, wrong variant)
To request support:
- Contact us at info@brendaxglobal.com within 7 days of delivery
- Attach your order number and clear photos of the issue
We will review your request and provide a replacement or solution.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Because every order is produced specially for each customer, we cannot accept returns for:
- Choosing the wrong size
- Buyer’s remorse
- Change of mind after the order is placed
- Slight color differences due to monitor variations
- Custom/personalized products (unless damaged/incorrect)
We encourage you to double-check sizing charts and product details before placing an order.
3. Wrong Address
If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The carrier may return the package as “undeliverable”
- Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order
We cannot issue refunds in cases of incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
4. Lost / Undelivered Orders
If a shipment is lost in transit:
- We will investigate with the carrier
- If officially marked lost, we will issue a replacement at no extra cost
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the customer claims non-receipt, we cannot guarantee replacement unless the carrier confirms a delivery error.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges (size, color, variant) because each item is produced on demand.
If a size change is needed, a new order must be placed.
6. Order Cancellation
Once an order enters the production stage, it cannot be canceled.
If the cancellation request is received before production begins, we will attempt to stop it — but it is not guaranteed.
7. Quality Assurance
Each item goes through multiple quality checks during production.
If something slips through, we fix it — our goal is to give you a smooth and joyful shopping experience.
