This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
Each item is created individually once your order is placed.
Processing times typically are:
- 2–5 business days (average)
- May be longer during peak seasons (Christmas & New Year)
You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
2. Shipping Times (Tier-1 Countries)
Estimated delivery times once the order is shipped:
- United States: 3–8 business days
- Canada: 5–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–10 business days
- Australia: 5–12 business days
- Europe: 5–12 business days
Delivery timelines may vary based on:
- Seasonal volume
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing (for international orders)
These are estimates, not guarantees.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on:
- Product type
- Order quantity
- Destination country
We strive to offer fair and transparent shipping rates.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders placed outside the USA:
- Import taxes, customs duties, or VAT may be charged by your country
- These fees are not included in the product or shipping cost
- Customers are responsible for paying any additional customs charges
Customs processing may delay delivery times.
6. Wrong or Incomplete Address
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Carriers may return the package as “undeliverable”
- Additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order
We cannot offer refunds for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If the carrier marks your package as Delivered, but you have not received it:
- Please check with neighbors, building management, or local post office
- We cannot guarantee replacements for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier
If the package is lost in transit:
- We will work with the carrier
- If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement
8. Multiple-Item Orders
Some items may arrive in separate packages depending on product type and shipping locations.
This is normal and does not affect your total shipping cost.
9. Holiday Season Notice
During November–January:
- Processing & shipping may take longer due to high demand
- Carriers may face nationwide delays
We recommend placing holiday orders early to avoid disappointment.
